Update: I no longer run this group due to time constraints, however Cathy still does. The class currently seems to be mostly women, however it is a great class and Cathy is a wonderful meditation teacher.
I also help run a meditation group with a wonderful lady called Cathy. The meditation group is not affiliated with MEN HEAL, I just thought people might be interested in hearing about it. The group is open to everyone (not just men).
The group currently runs at ACE in Abergavenny (Abergavenny Community Enterprise Partnership) – ACE Facebook Page. It is worth checking this venue out for computer classes, art classes, quilting and gardening. You can also collect your recycling bags from there (green, purple and red). The staff are very friendly. Go and visit them!

Mike, thanks for today’s session it was excellent. I met up with Mark afterwards and he is definitely going to come back and felt that the group was very positive. Keep up the good work!
