One of the members of the previous version of the group was asked what project he wanted to do. He said he wanted to paint a Welsh flag on the wall. We found a flag online, then we printed it off on an A4 sheet. We then drew a grid on the A4 sheet, and put the same grid on the wall but much larger. From there we started drawing the dragon.
Most of the members had a go, although an artist friend came in to finish off the feet because they were far too hard for us!
This really cheered the place up. Group art projects are definitely uplifting. I would recommend getting together with some people to do a project of your own.
